orchid trousers kinari

a straight legged trouser with a single front pleat, button fly and two welt pockets. each side also has another scooped pocket opening that is accentuated by a ruched trim. underneath is both an internal pocket and a large, rounded outside cargo pocket. while the ruffles are rendered in a deadstock viscose lace, the main fabric is a fine but warm undyed wool twill. the hem is left open and slightly dirtied and frayed in the back. the trousers are fully lined until 3/4 down the leg with a plain weave cotton. a crotch gusset and and a ribbon inside the waistband allow for flexibility in movement and sizing.
